I've deffinately stopped eating all the processed crap that i used to.
Theres one thing that is sooooo frustrating though. My freaking nut allergy :(
I'm allergic to pretty much all nuts so i find it really hard to switch some foods because they use peanut or hazlenut bases :(
I was wondering if you could post some alternative to nutty snacks? Besides fruit im completely stuck as to what can save me from my love of Doritos haha (: ♥

oh man that must be tough! I am having a hard time even answering this right now!! But I got you. Here are some other options

carrots or red bell peppers dipped in guacamole

raw veggies and hummus

toast with avocado

low sugar granola with a little bit of greek yogurt
