Anonymous asked: Hi. So I'm 18, and I'm fat. I want to have a new start when I go to college in the fall. I want to be skinny, healthy and confident. So I need to lose some serious weight. I was just wondering what your advice is? Like what kind of things I should do and eat and what works best. Thank you! And for future, how to stay on track in college and not gain the freshman 15 which I definitely don't need.

Try a juice fast! You would have to have a juicer though. You lose weight insanely fast and if you keep up a healthy lifestyle after that you will keep the weight off. 

Weight management is a combo of putting good food in your body and getting exercise. The most important being what you eat. Eat more raw veggies and fruit and AVOID empty calories such as chips, etc.
